Your first steps in BEP-X

Start with your coaching workflow

Before configuring the platform, describe how you want to work with clients. Will you provide programmes alongside in-person sessions, coach entirely online or focus on nutrition? This determines which features you use regularly and what guidance new clients need.

Answer three questions first: what does the client receive, how often will you review progress and where can they ask questions? The app supports these processes. You still define the coaching service and communication expectations.

Set up your branding and AI Clone

You can start with your own BEP-X online coaching app in as little as 15 minutes when your access is active, your logo and colours are ready and you build on the available defaults. Set your app name and branding in the Launch Wizard, followed by your AI Clone’s initial coaching rules. Save the required settings, check readiness and add your first online client. Their assessment and your review of their programme remain part of your service.

In the Branding and application chapter of Launch Wizard, you can configure your application name, logo and colours. Choose a name and image clients recognise. Custom branding does not automatically include a separate app-store release under your own name.

When getting started, define who you help, how you work together and how you track progress. Organise client programmes, feedback and messages in the app. Your branding and AI Clone coaching settings form the foundation of your online coaching workspace.

Record your coaching rules

Use the planning chapters to configure the training and nutrition principles behind your work. Consider which settings you would apply to different clients. You can also add your own exercises and foods in the relevant editors.

Saving and activation may be separate steps. Check chapter status indicators to confirm the required settings are complete. The Launch Wizard overview explains setup, while the AI Clone guide explains the role of coaching configuration.

Guide your first client

After creating a client account, provide clear sign-in instructions. Explain the initial assessment, where workouts and meal plans appear and how to ask questions. The first experience works best when clients know their next task.

Review the assessment before preparing a programme. Check goals, available resources and reported limitations. Review generated plans too, and edit them when needed. A completed plan does not replace coach review.

Make the first week work

Aim for a complete, understandable workflow: clients can sign in, find their programme, log their work and reach their coach. At the end of the first week, ask where they got stuck. Use the feedback to improve your instructions and communication routine.

Do not configure every possible workflow at once. Make the basics reliable, then expand based on real needs. The four foundations of online coaching provide a framework.

Give your service a recognisable focus

Before completing your profile, choose a clearly defined audience. A busy beginner with a desk job faces different obstacles from an experienced client focused on muscle gain. List typical schedules, recurring questions and the support you can actually provide. This makes both your introduction and your first programme more specific.

You do not need to address every potential client at once. Start with a group whose situation you understand and for whom you have relevant expertise. Connect your promise to what the service actually includes: weekly sessions, feedback, reviews and availability. After signing up, the client should receive the same collaboration they expected.

Turn the first plan into a useful starting point

You can build the first workout plan entirely manually, or review and revise an AI-generated version. Use client feedback to adjust exercise selection, loading and session length. A useful initial plan is one the client can follow in their own circumstances and whose structure you can explain.

Once the structure is appropriate, save it as a reference plan for that client. Subsequent reference-based planning can start from an approved training week. You do not have to redesign what already works; each change should have a reason. Update the reference after reviewing the new structure, rather than simply because another plan was generated.

Check the complete onboarding journey

With your first client, walk through signing in, finding the programme, logging a completed set and sending a question. Agree on which data you will review at the next check-in. This helps distinguish technical problems from unclear instructions or an overly complex programme. Incorporate what you learn into your onboarding guidance.

Use your onboarding checklist with each new client. Include assessment review, programme checks, an introduction to the app and the next check-in date. A consistent start leaves more attention for the individual support that person needs.
