How to share your approach with your AI Clone

The tool doesn’t decide what kind of coach you are. You provide the foundations.

How to share your approach with your AI Clone

Turn your coaching approach into clear rules

When setting up AI Clone, describe how you make coaching decisions. “Make it personalised” provides little guidance on its own. Consider how you choose training splits, adjust workloads and account for client goals and circumstances.

Nutrition planning requires the same clarity: which principles do you follow, which foods do you favour and which restrictions matter? Record them in the appropriate settings. Describing your method does not mean unlimited or error-free automated decisions.

Your Launch Wizard configuration matters

Initial AI Clone configuration and your branding can be set up in as little as 15 minutes when access is active, branding assets are ready and you start from the available defaults. This refers to technical setup: you can then welcome an online client in the personal trainer app while continuing to refine your coaching rules with experience. You still review each AI-generated individual plan.

BEP-X bases planning on saved, activated settings and the client assessment. Check chapter statuses and make sure changes are not left as drafts. Reviewing the configuration before activation is part of setup.

When adding exercises or foods, use precise names and usable data. Adding your own content does not justify promising that every generated plan will exclusively use it. Review results against the configuration and each client's circumstances.

The client assessment is the other foundation

The same coaching configuration may call for different programmes for different clients. Goals, experience, available time and limitations are more than administrative details. Clarify missing or incorrect information first.

Review training and nutrition information with the client. The platform helps organise it but does not take over your professional responsibility. Work within your competence when a client reports health concerns and refer them to an appropriate professional when necessary.

Review the generated plan

For workouts, check whether exercises are practical, how the week is structured and whether workloads are suitable. Consider the client's experience and resources. Interpret platform warnings and adjust the programme when needed.

For meal plans, check food choices, portions, targets and exclusions. Do not rely exclusively on the summary: daily plans must also be workable. The BEP-X workout planning and nutrition pages explain related workflows.

Communication remains your responsibility

AI-assisted planning and client conversations are separate features. The communication presented here is direct messaging between coach and client; AI/hybrid chat is marked as coming soon. Do not promise automatic replies based on a feature that is not yet part of the active service.

Daily use reveals whether your configuration works. Collect recurring questions, review plans and refine the coaching rules accordingly. This makes the platform part of your own workflow.

A reference plan is a concrete example of your approach

Alongside general rules, a carefully designed training week can demonstrate how you work with a particular client. Build a plan entirely manually, or refine an AI-generated programme, then save it as a reference plan. The reference belongs to that client: it is a reviewed starting point for their situation, rather than a generic template for everyone.

The next reference-based workout plan builds on that saved week. A proven split and exercise selection can remain the deliberate foundation while you control changes separately. Saving a reference does not make it perfect or permanent. Review it when goals, circumstances or recurring difficulties change, and choose a new baseline when appropriate.

You decide how the plan should progress

Before generation, you can specify percentage load increases by muscle group or ask AI to suggest progression. The percentage control applies to weight loading; repetitions, rest and other intensity variables can also be changed through coaching edits. Increasing every variable at once is not automatically appropriate: base your decision on performance and feedback.

You can select which exercise slots should change and, where available, choose a specific replacement. Separating what stays from what changes helps keep the programme consistent. Review the finished plan: AI suggestions and logged performance inform your decision, while approving the result remains your coaching responsibility.

Connect configuration to everyday coaching

A reference primarily defines the basis for subsequent planning; it does not mean the AI independently trains itself in the background. Use a simple routine: review a plan, save it deliberately, collect feedback and make justified changes. The detailed reference-planning guide explains these choices and when a client needs a new baseline.

For each substantial change, ask which observation justifies it. If the answer is unclear, collect feedback first. References, logs and coaching rules work together when decisions reflect the client’s actual circumstances and you explain them clearly.
